I’m passionate about creativity and storytelling as a force for good. With 15+ years of global experience, I’ve helped build purpose-led brands from the inside out, connecting people to their mission, culture and values.

For TikTok and ByteDance, I worked in their global content team to help bring their culture to life by crafting stories and content that engaged people across ByteDance and TikTok on their shared mission and values.

As a content strategist and producer, we curated campaigns to engage people internally and externally about their mission and culture.

From sharing tips on how to embody their values, showcasing their success stories to creating an AI chatbot to help people explore their culture - I collaborated with creative teams to produce copy, scripts, videos, graphics and digital assets. I also supported IC, D&I, CSR, and Employer Brand initiatives, including flagship events like All-Hands and Open House.
