Deloitte Coffee Club
One of my proudest moments was founding the Deloitte Coffee Club, an employee community initiative designed to help people feel less isolated and make new connections during the Covid pandemic.
Over the year, it fostered 11k+ virtual coffee matches, and the Coffee Club toolkit was shared with 50+ clients to help them build their own communities. Even our brand partners, the British Olympic Association, joined in, giving Team GB athletes and employees a chance to connect and support one another during lockdown.
