Coffee Club
Founder of the Deloitte Coffee Club that aimed to help people feel less isolated and make new connections during the Covid pandemic. It matched colleagues at random every week for a virtual coffee catch-up. The club ran for a year with 11k+ matches made, with our Coffee Club toolkit shared with 50+ clients to support them form their own communities. Our brand partners, the British Olympic Association also joined in, where members of Team GB met our employees. We also ran a feature article series of those ‘matched’ that generated over 25k+ unique views.
